Guarantee

Santa Cruz Garden Furniture has a sixty (60) day refund policy if you’re not satisfied with any product we sell. Simply call or email us for a Return Authorization Number and then return the product to us in its original unassembled and unweathered condition for an exchange or refund of its purchase price.

Warranty

Our products have a three year warranty against defects in material, insect damage, wood rot and construction in normal use. We will make all warranty repairs at no cost to the original purchaser, or replace the product if it cannot be repaired. Please keep in mind that while ipe has unmatched characteristics for outdoor applications, it is still a hardwood.  You may find "checking" on portions of your furniture. This is completely normal and should cause no reason for concern.  Checking will not impose anything that will harm the overall integrity of the product.  

Please email or call us for warranty repairs. Customers are responsible for shipping charges to our repair facility. Santa Cruz will pay for the cost of returning the product back to our customer.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information collected on this site will not be pprovided to any third party.  The information collected when you purchase products or sign up for membership to the site includes your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address.  When an order is placed, your credit card information is required, but under no circumstances will be stored in any database.  All credit card information is sent via SSL encryption for approval and processing through Authorize.net
